Meeting called to order at 6:35pm

A. Stewart motioned to accept the April minutes as presented. Ayres 2nd the motion.

P. Stewart motioned to accept the April treasurer’s report as presented. Olk 2nd the motion.

Schnell motioned to buy 2 new benches for $1600. Birchmeier 2nd the motion. Roll call passed with a 8-1 vote. Ayres-y, Yaklin-n, Schnell-y, Ustishen-y, A.Stewart-y, P. Stewart-y, Birchmeier-y, Olk-y, Burns-y

Old confers building should be for sale August 1st – will be posted online in June when it goes back to the state. Mi.govpropertyforclosure
