DDA June 2016 Minutes

Meeting called to order at 6:30pm with the pledge of allegiance.

Present: Ayres, Yaklin, Schnell, Ustishen, A. Stewart, P.Stewart, Birchmeier, Olk, Burns

Ustishen motioned to accept the may minutes as presented & Birchmeier 2nd the motion.

P.Stewart motioned to accept the treasurer’s report as presented with Olk 2nd the motion.

Special guest Brad Birchmeier asked to renew the web contract with him. Schnell motioned to pay Birchmeier $1500- for the yearly fee of the web. Ayres 2nd the motion.

10 3×5 flags were ordered from the VFW. They will be left up until August.

The old confers building was offered to the village for $5800. Schnell motioned to fund the monies to the village to pay for the building, Olk 2nd the motion.

$50,000- to the village for payment of water treatment plant

$30.86 reimbursement to Terri Tate for car show supplies(office Depot)

Schnell motioned to pay all bills, Olk 2nd the motion.
