SPECIAL MEETING

AUGUST 16, 2016

Present: Maksimchuk’s, Burns, Wolford, Olk, Seamon, Gauthier (6:03 p.m.) Absent: Beauchamp, Tate

Meeting called to order at 6:00 p.m. by Mayor Jerry Burns with the Pledge of Allegiance.

Adam Johnson, listing agent for our Village owned lots in August Meadows 2, explained purchase agreement on Lot #25.

Motion by Wolford, support by Olk to accept the purchase agreement for Lot #25, for a selling price of $8,000.00, discussion. Roll call vote, all yeas, motion carried.

Declared meeting adjourned at 6:15 p.m.
