P.Stewart motioned to keep Schnell as president, 2nd by A. Stewart.

A.Stewart motioned to appoint P.Stewart as vice-president, 2nd by Schnell.

Birchmeier motioned to appoint A.Stewart at treasurer 2nd by Schnell.

Schnell motioned to appoint Ustishen as Secretary, 2nd by Yaklin.
