Ayres motioned to accept the February minutes as presented, A. Stewart 2nd motion.

Ustishen motioned to accept the treasurer’s report as presented, Birchmeier 2nd motion.

Suggested to have Carl Seamon attend a DAD meeting to discuss streets & sidewalks.
