Village October 2021 Minutes

October 13, 2021

Present:: Gauthier, Besaw, Birchmeier, Seamon, Usitishen

Absent:  Maksimchuk’s, Olk

Meeting called to order by Mayor Pro-Tem, Carl Seamon at 7:00 p.m. with the Pledge of Allegiance.  Motion by Besaw, support by Gauthier to accept the minutes, motion carried.  Motion by Gauthier, support by Besaw to accept the Treasurer’s report, motion carried.

Public Comments – Bill Swain mentioned a large tree limb hanging over bridge that needs trimming.  J.D. Smith was present as owner of Hornet’s Nest, and Derrick Gross and Greg Ruddy were present to address a property complaint between the two parties.

Police, DPW and Zoning Reports are on file.

Motion by Gauthier, support by Besaw to pay all the bills, roll call vote, all yeas, motion carried.

Declared meeting adjourned at 7:47 p.m.
