August DDA 2024 Minutes

August 15, 2024 – New Lothrop DDA Minutes 

Members present:   Pete Stewart, Dave Schnell, Taylor Copes, Cindy Kinsey, Tammy Schiefer, Zach Besaw.     Absent: Mark Birchmeier, Kayla McCormic, Charles McCormic (Skip).                                                                 Meeting started at 6:45 PM

Pledge of Allegiance

1. Zach made a motion to approve the meeting minutes for July. Second by Taylor. Unanimous, motion carried.
2. No Treasurer’s reports for July. The treasurer was absent.
3. Special Guest & Comments:  None  
4. Old Business:  Submitted information for our Audit, and it looked good. The Village approved and amended our budget.  Dave asking for suggestion on colors for the flowers for next year. 
5. New Business: Cracks in the street need to be repaired. The fence by the DPW building needs to be stained or painted. Benches in the park: suggested cement benches, will get 2 bids.  
6. Tammy made a motion to pay the invoices. Second by Cindy. Row call vote. Unanimous, motion carried.
