Meeting called to order at 6:30 with the pledge of allegiance.

P. Stewart motioned to accept the treasurer’s report as presented, Burns 2nd motion.

Gas & electric to be disconnected old Confers.

Sold property is all taken care of and sold for $5001.00

Schnell motioned to approve & pay revitalization grants in amount of $1225.46 Birchmeier 2nd .
