DDA November 2015 Minutes

Meeting was called to order at 6:30pm.

Present were Ayres, Schnell, Yaklin, Ustishen, A.Stewart, P. Stewart, Olk, Birchmeier

Absent was Burns.

Ustishen motioned to accept the September treasurer’s report as presented, Olk 2nd the motion.

Olk motioned to accept the October treasurer’s report as presented, P. Stewart 2nd the motion.

P. Stewart motioned to accept the September minutes as presented, A. Stewart 2nd the motion.

Facade grants for the insurance company will be decided upon when more information is provided.

Olk motioned to approve the Funeral home grant for asphalt.

Yaklin 2nd the motion.

The police loan of $18,700 was paid in full.

Yaklin motioned to pay the bills as presented, Olk 2nd the motion

Schnell motioned to pay the Treasurer’s salary of $1000.00. Ustishen 2nd the motion.
