February 5, 2025 – DDA Minutes New Lothrop

Budget Meeting

Members present: Pete Stewart, Mark Birchmeier, Cindy Kinsey, Tammy Schiefer, Kayla McCormic, Jody Greenwood, Andrew Wolford.      Absent: Taylor Copes                                                                                   

Meeting started at 6:30 PM

Pledge of Allegiance

Prayer & Moment of Silence for Dave Schnell.

Special Guests: Kirt Bierlein & Laura Olk – Mentioned the funds needed for the New Lothrop Police Department and asked the DDA to consider while preparing the budget for the year. 

Mark made a motion to accept the proposed budget for 2024-2025 to the Village of New Lothrop. Second by Andy. Row call vote, unanimous. Motion carried.
