Village April 2017 Minutes

April 12, 2017

Present: Maksimchuk’s, Tate, Burns, Seamon, Gauthier
Absent: L. Olk, P. Olk, Wolford

Meeting called to order by Mayor Jerry Burns at 7:00 p.m. with the Pledge of Allegiance.

Motion by Maksimchuk, support by Gauthier to accept the minutes, motion carried.

Motion by Seamon, support by Maksimchuk to accept the Treasurer’s report, motion carried.

Public Comments – Bob Hobson was present to discuss with Council a complete burning ban according to the State of Michigan guidelines.

DDA members were present to discuss the demolition of old Confer building and sidewalk repairs.

Motion by Burns, support by Gauthier to allow the DDA to pursue the demolition of the old Confer building, discussion, roll call vote, all yeas, motion carried.

Police, DPW and Zoning Reports on file.

Motion by Maksimchuk, support by Gauthier to pay all the bills, roll call vote, all yeas, motion carried.

Declared meeting adjourned at 7:50 p.m.
