SPECIAL MEETING
AUGUST 23, 2016

Present: Maksimchuk, Beauchamp, Burns, Tate, Gauthier, Wolford, Olk
Absent: Seamon

Meeting called to order at 6:00 p.m. with the Pledge of Allegiance by Mayor Jerry Burns.

Listing Agent Adam Johnson explained each purchase agreement for vacant lots to Village Council.

Motion by Wolford, support by Olk to accept the offer for Lot #23, no discussion, roll call vote, all yeas, motion carried.

Motion by Wolford, support by Olk to accept the offer on Lot #24, no discussion, roll call vote, all yeas, motion carried.

Motion by Wolford, support by Olk to accept the off for lots # 50 and #51, no discussion, roll call vote, all yeas, motion carried.

Motion by Olk, support by Wolford to authorize the Village President and the Village Clerk to sign any/all Village agreements and contracts acting as the authorizing agents for the Village of New Lothrop, Roll call vote, all yeas, motion carried.

Declared meeting adjourned at 6:20 p.m.
