Special Meeting

Present: Maksimchuk’s, Tate, S. Birchmeier, Ustishen, Gauthier, Seamon,
Besaw, L. Olk

Special Meeting called to order by Village President, John Maksimchuk at
7:00 p.m. with the Pledge of Allegiance.

Introduction of Steve Mann, Bonding Attorney for Sewer funding.

Motion by Gauthier, support by Seamon to accept the Bond resolution as presented, discussion, roll call vote, all yeas, motion carried.

Declared meeting adjourned at 7:09 p.m.
