Present: Maksimchuk’s. Seamon, Olk, Gauthier, Ustishen, Besaw Absent: Tate
Meeting called to order by Mayor John Maksimchuk at 7:00 p.m. with the Pledge of Allegiance. Motion by Besaw, support by Ustishen to accept the minutes, motion carried. Motion by Ustishen, support by Seamon to accept the Treasurer’s report, motion carried.
Police, DPW and Zoning Reports are on file.
Motion by J. Maksimchuk, support by Besaw that all Impound vehicle fees collected will be used for supplies and equipment, discussion ($100 per vehicle), motion carried.
DPW Superintendent Al Ayres discussed visit with Ed Kidston and the replacement of valves at filtration plant it is imperative to replace and repair.
Motion by Birchmeier, support by Besaw to designate all ARPA monies to the water filtration plant, discussion, roll call vote, all yeas, motion carried.
Motion by Seamon, support by Besaw to offer Andy Hobson Full-time DPW employee with Health Insurance coverage to be effective the first day of the month of his birthday (Feb), discussion, roll call vote, all yeas, motion carried.
Motion by Seamon, support by Besaw to give DPW Superintendent a 5% increase retro back to October, discussion, contract renew date October 2024, roll call vote, all yeas, motion carried.
Motion by J. Maksimchuk, support by Olk to adopt Employee payroll/raise policy which states all raises will be done at the public hearing in February at end of budget year, discussion, roll call vote, all yeas, motion carried.
Motion by J. Maksimchuk, support by Olk to appoint Cindy Kinsey to fill the vacancy left by Diane Lahmann at the January DDA meeting, roll call vote, all yeas, motion carried.
Request granted to Janice Emmendorfer to disconnect 2nd water service.
Motion by Seamon, support by Birchmeier to pay all the bills, roll call vote, all yeas, motion carried.
