Village January 2022 Minutes

January 12, 2022

Present:  Maksimchuk’s, Seamon, Olk, Gauthier, Tate, Birchmeier, Besaw  Absent:  Ustishen

Meeting called to order by Mayor John Maksimchuk at 7:00 p.m. with the Pledge of allegiance.  Motion by Seamon, support by Olk to accept the minutes, motion carried.  Motion by Seamon, support by Olk to accept the Treasurer’s report, motion carried.

Police and DPW reports are on file.

Motion by Gauthier, support by Besaw to have our February meeting a public hearing for budgets and Truth in Taxation, discussion, motion carried.

Motion by J. Maksimchuk to appoint Tammy Schieffer to DDA board, motion carried.

Motion by Olk, support by Gauthier to pay all the bills, roll call vote, all yeas, motion carried.

Declared meeting adjourned at 7:42 p.m.
